Store Policies

• Due to copyright law The Noble Quilter is unable to return or exchange any pattern or book.
• All kits are subject to fabric substitutions. This is in part due to current shipping challenges.
• When you register for our Block of the Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the duration of the entire program (for the length of the program; ex: 12 months). We understand unexpected circumstances my arise, however, due to legal copyrights on the pattern, and our dedication to our customers, your enrollment is a commitment and cancellation is not an option.
• When billing on a monthly basis for a block of the month, if a credit card is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility for contacting and resolving the issue within 30 days.

• The Noble Quilter does not exchange or return any cut fabric (including pre-cuts, fat quarters, kits and BOM kits) as well as thread. These items absorb odors that can not be removed.
• A $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Reward Points System

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the rising costs of products and the difficulty of getting the products into our store, it is necessary for us to restructure our Reward Points System.

Effective immediately July 16, 2021, your earned $20 reward will be redeemable only towards TNQ Longarming Services (Rewards not valid on Runner Specials).

• Customers who are part of our point system will earn one point for every dollar spent on cut fabric (excluding sale fabrics). Once the point goal has been met, customers will receive a reward to use on Longarming Services. Customers are responsible for maintaining possession of a reward certificate. Class Policies

Registration is important as class sizes are limited. You can sign up in person or over the phone using a credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.) In order for guaranteed placement in class, you must pre-register by paying class cost ahead of time.

Attendance at the class is the responsibility of the student. Refunds are not available when cancellation of class registration occurs. You are, however, able to transfer your registration and send someone in your place. Due to class size restrictions, our classes are non-refundable. Thank you for your grace and understanding.

Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of four students do not enroll one week prior to class.

Supply lists are given for each class at the time of registration and payment.

Because our classroom space is limited, please do not bring anyone who is not registered to class with you (such as your children).
